Name: Sonja Jo (Roberts) Hahn  (Named after the ice skater and one of the writers of Peyton Place)

Born: December 21, 1966 at St John's Hospital in Tulsa, OK around 9pm after a short labor so Mom doesn't understand why I am so impatient.

Height: 5' 3"

Weight: 190  Highest: 217.6   Lowest: 97.5  (when I was 17 y.o. I don't want to go that far)

Eyes: Yes, I have them they are Brown/Green (hazel)

Hair: It's really blonde & so am I

Children: 1 son Matthew Joseph Hahn 08/09/1985

I quit smoking in June of 1999 but had already started to gain weight. I went on Atkins when I weighed 151lbs. I lost 12# but gained it back quickly. In 2000 I went to WW but wasn't very serious. I then continued to gain I was eating for any reason. I refuse to stop trying, I will not allow anyone to sabotage me either. I am not the 204.5 # person I have become. I will be me again.

My dad died much younger than he should have due to smoking (started at 8yrs old), bad eating habits...He had high blood pressure, sinus problems, and heart problems that caused a quadruple bypass when he was 38,(I will be 38 in 6 mo) the heart disease claimed him in 1990 he was only 47. My son Matt was only 5.

My family has a history of Diabetes, high blood pressure, & heart problems. I do not wish to carry on these family traditions.

My Glamour shot picture was taken in September of 2001 I weighed approx. 155

Here I am with Misty, after I lost 30# on WW 2/02 I weighed about 150 but I felt great.

Here I am 5/27/04 at approx. 204# this is my official before picture even though I said I would not do what they always do on TV take a pic without make up and the after pic of course will have me all made up. hehehe I will post during too.

Then I got the Firm and lost 6 lbs

I guess the make up didn't make that much difference :o)

Finding someone to take a decent picture wouldn't hurt either.

06/13/04 - Was able to button and zip my size 16 pants something I haven't done in several months. Now to get where I can breathe and bend in them as well.:o)

07/05/04 - Was able to button and zip size 14 pants (no breathing or bending recommended just yet)

Size 12 is gonna take a little bit more work.
